General terms and conditions
1. Cancellations and No-Shows
• Cancellations: You can cancel your scooter reservation at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled rental time to avoid charges.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance of the scheduled rental time, you will be charged the amount corresponding to the first day of rental.
• No-Show: If you do not pick up or accept delivery of your reserved scooter without prior notice, you will be charged the amount corresponding to the first day of rental.

2. Early Returns and Refunds
• At València Location, we offer a hassle-free early return policy.
• If you return your scooter before the end of the agreed rental period, we will adjust your rental fee according to the applicable daily rate for the actual number of days used.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Damage, Loss, and Security Deposit
• Before the rental period begins, a refundable security deposit of €350 will be required.
• The deposit will be partially or fully withheld in the following situations:
• Significant Damage Due to Improper Use or Negligence: Any damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, negligence, or failure to follow operating instructions, which renders the scooter partially or totally inoperable.
• Total Loss or Non-Return: In case of irreparable damage, theft, or non-return of the scooter, the customer will be charged a penalty equivalent to the total replacement cost of the scooter, ranging from €1,000 to €3,000, depending on the scooter model.
• Any costs exceeding the security deposit amount will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking.
• Scooters must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, including all accessories and components.
4. Damage and Issues upon Delivery
• Please inspect the scooter upon delivery or pickup and notify us immediately if there is any visible damage, defects, or malfunction.
• Failure to report damages at the time of delivery may result in additional charges upon return of the scooter.
5. General Terms
• All scooters will remain the property of Valencia Location throughout the rental period.
• Scooters must be used responsibly and in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations.
• Late returns may incur additional charges based on the applicable daily rate.
• By proceeding with a reservation, you accept all terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
